How would you do this if you were LA DEA?

years ago i recall folks would plug phone into mac and record a screen mirror on there without snap realizing. not sure if patched. at worst, use a camera to screen record.

or run snap in simulator (not sure if app can know where it’s running), or run a second display out a custom phone with spoofed gps, or use some surveillance hardware i don’t know intimately
