yes i appreciate this from a technical standpoint but as a developer trying to reengage users its a very subpar experience. apps want to be in the notifications panel not stuck in the weird aesthetics of a dc from a bot. it doesn’t feel correct.

yes let me opt into getting @eventsxyz and @moxie.eth notifs across Farcaster clients for ex. clients can handle as they please but i suggest including them in priority tab and maybe their own fc miniapps notifs tab

hmm would require per client integration atm unless we add a notification message to the protocol and then you'd get it on all clients at the same time -> 3 clinets installed -> 3 notis

perhaps the thing to do would be duplicated notifs across clients (as i presume is the default for all notifs today, which clients manage independently), a per client affordance to turn off miniapp notifs (so i can get them in only one client if i prefer), and bonus points for a way for clients to signal to the protocol that the user interacted with their notif (so others can mark as read)
