Yesterday I set a commitment to myself to do 500 pushups. The bad news: I failed after 300. The good news: I have a new obsession. Today is day one of trying to do 500 pushups in a single day.

Please ease into it. Gradual load is essential for tendon health. If you don’t regularly exercise and start doing 500 push ups/day. You can easily hurt yourself. 🫶🏻
