When someone asks me what my passion is, I always answer: “Boba tea”. Boba tea (or Bubble tea) is a yummy drink originated from Taiwan. The drink consists of tea, tapioca balls (pearls) and other sweet toppings like pudding, jelly, cheese,… Boba tea has a variety of flavors to choose from. Two most popular flavors are Oolong milk tea black pearls and Green milk tea black pearls. Boba tea is the most popular across Asia, especially China, Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Singapore,… The drink is beloved among young people for its sweetness and the diversity of flavors. People love having boba tea in between meals, usually in the afternoon. Having boba tea with friends is a great bonding activity. I believe that boba tea is the best drink and I will try more flavors.
