kill them with authenticity might do better in today's world. just keep doing your stuff and don't stoop to their level. remove yourself from toxic situations.

True and that’s how I typically handle it. But, it leaves this…anger inside of me that  is then transferred elsewhere. It needs to be directed at the appropriate thing/person.

I basically fall into the treat others as you want to be treated camp with the caveat that if some in is being a total asshat then I ignore them or get them out of my life best I can
