Gary Gensler's SEC just filed allegations that Lido (sETH) and Rocketpool (rETH) are securities in their lawsuit against Consensys.

And is alleging lido and rocketpool are securities.

These are projects and companies beloved by U.S. crypto users - the SEC is trying to cripple them.

Gary Gensler will cost Biden the white house because he's costing democrats the marginal voter.

Biden isn't running things - his administrative state is running things. Their agenda is expand and control. The SEC's treatment of crypto is the clearest manifestation of this and a microcosm of what's going on.

Democrats had a chance to pivot on crypto in spring.
