Most of my works are built around 3D particle simulations where the texture is defined by the trail of those particles. In this case, I wanted to push it further by creating several layers/simulations for the bodies, the outfits, and a few additional details. It’s challenging to manage, but I think the result is worth it.

Great piece, Yatima! There’s a very tense feeling that runs throughout it, as they all try to break free from the confines of their own bodies. It’s claustrophobic, yet in a strange way, that tension is comforting. That repetitive movement evokes a familiar sensation. Very moving piece. 🙏🫂
