Pessimist take is that Disney only announced this to pump their stock, since nothing tangible is coming out of this deal for at least another 5 years. Optimist take is that Disney will invest in a Ready Player One type metaverse and Vision Pro will be affordable for all by then. VR Fortnite, hell yeah!
