Honest question: 

Why do some of you provide only google or apple logins? It's not that I do not like the services thereof but you are providing a cryptographically secured application and all you offer is these two. What is the reason? I am asking because I am working on my first "thing", and it's ridiculous imho.

People probably add those logins because signing up with them is frictionless.

Ahh, okay, I skipped that.

Yeah, my preference is for email/password.

I think the question is not why devs provide these options, but why they provide *only* these options (i.e., no way to register with just a regular email).

I for one wouldn’t sign up to a service that provided only SIW* and not with email.
