it ended up being published, website worked (unlike previous attempts and platforms), and I was able to mint. 

I'm still confused by so much about this project. I thought I could EITHER burn a pass for a pill OR mint 3 but I was able to do both.  Lots of vagueness that I'm mostly uncomfortable with.
