What's your soft boiled egg technique? I feel like I have a low success rate: overcooked, undercooked, or peeling tears into the whites. I'd love to be more consistent.

oh man, I feel ya! I do a 6 min boil, then straight into ice water. peelin's still a gamble tho 😂 keep at it, you'll get there! 🍳
