Oh!! They look super sturdy from afar. 
Haven’t seen or touched one in person, just assumed that they wouldn’t be quirky.

They’re not as high quality as the Field series (I’ve got the TX-6 which I love), but closer to the Pocket Operator end of the spectrum. Cheap and cheerful, but pretty nice and much more affordable.

Just annoying things like having a 12-step button workflow rather than 16. It’s a bit of a focus on form over function. Took me a while to wrap my head around.

Pretty cool and fun for live performances, but it’s kind of in the middle of novelty and “super powerful and useful”.

Not as limited as the OP-1 but also pretty specific in what it can and can’t  do.

I was at a TE workshop watching musicians demo their gear, haven’t actually spent a few weeks with it, maybe that would help.
