Just gave it a listen, and it hit me: Nouns has never been a DAO. It’s basically a web2 startup, hunting for market fit and controlled by a bunch of board members. Am I get it right? 😹

Let’s be realistic: the question is, in which parallel universe would the holders stay silent about embezzlement from the organization’s resources if they truly believed their voice made a difference or that they had a role in that organization? 🙀

Let’s say there’s a DAO. The members vote to allocate hundreds of thousands of dollars for a specific purpose. Then, out of nowhere, some big shots decide to redirect that money without informing the members or letting them vote on it. What do you call that? Now, if anyone outside those influential few did the same thing, what would you call it? You may call it pointing fingers, but I see it as a question everyone should ask themselves if they were a member of that organization. 🤯
