Tarshwash or Boya is the name of a type of Gilan vegetable that is mostly seen in the eastern areas of Gilan. To prepare this usual stew, chicken breast is cooked with a mixture of different vegetables, including sour cream, garlic and onion. After some time, they add fried eggplant and tomato to it and let the food fall. /food
