The point I wished to make here was just how awful many inpatient psychiatric wards are and how we can't even get staff to work on them for reasonable lengths of time to provide good care. To answer your question we need much more community resource

What I have always hated 1. Is that you don’t get the insurance money back if you don’t use it. 2. It reduces your down payment so you are underwater from the get go. CMHC get the entire premium upfront from the lender. 3. You are paying compound interest on it
