Protection was implied otherwise Ukraine would not have agreed. Ukrainians now know they were foolish to trust America. Instead of honoring the intent America plays word games and says in effect; "we had our fingers crossed, so the guarantee doesn't count. Just die already. "

You know, 2 things can be true at the same time. Fryar is correct, however not many have the arm strength of Josh Allen, does that mean none are elite? Of course not. I think Josh Allen has some accuracy issues, does that not make him elite? Hurts is a very good QB IMO.
