Working on a rewards program for Frame Builders

High level idea: 

1. Weekly USDC rewards to builders of most used frames 
2. Usage measured by transactions and opens
3. No action needed other than creating a frame and verifying domain

Should launch soon.

I just swapped on the indexer with some new calculations that would have changed this. so i'll check to see if it's accurate to the blockchain or not.

Notifications are up and working on the /stokefire PWA.

To set them up you'll need to go to settings.
disable them and then re-enable them.

Now you should get a notification after the next time you chop, gather or stoke for when the action ends.

Notifications should be working again in the PWA.

Go through this process again and disable notifications then turn back on.
