One of my stipulations of buying property is it cannot be in an HOA, all I want to for some other group to tell me how to live 🤷‍♂️ I already worry about my potato status

nothing gets done in less than 6 months. astonishing it’s still the primary way of organizing physical communities

yeah some HOAs have insane rules, not a fan but i understand why they're in place, still wouldn't want to live in a HOA neighborhood
