Starting this week I made it so that you can't kill off villagers the week previous to then gain villagers and add to your percentage gain the week after. The weekly battle is based on the villagers you have gained compared to the max # of villagers you've had in the past. This means you can actually start out the weekly battle in negative percentage if you are starting at a deficit in villagers.

Why not base it on huts instead of villagers? 🤔

What if we build huts in one week but never fill them. Next week, fill them with villagers. That counts as a positive percentage?

Still doesn't solve the stoke cycle problem Eg you could be 100/150 villagers during the weekly snapshot vs someone who is 100/100 during the snapshot. Both grouped into the same neighbourhood, but the one who is 100/150 has a massive advantage This could be due to artificially suppressing villager growth as others mentioned, or just simply due to normal stoke mechanics

That's great! BTW, can you please answer this as well? Most of them were about the same 173 or so as me, with one non-neighbor in the mix. Of course, he was in first place. https://warpcast.com/eggcooker/0xa4ff6b0d
