A hypothetical for you... Let's say I wanted to get ripped... What books, courses, podcasts, YouTubers, food/diets would you recommend?

Not very. I'm 152 pounds 6ft 3inches. But I'm fairly fit. Ran a 20min 5k 2 weeks ago. Should give you an idea where I'm coming from. My metabolism doesn't stop. ๐

Some thoughts: 1. Calisthenics is a great natural bodyweight workout thatโs super portable. Try this: https://instagram.com/saturnomovement 2. Rucking is a great way to build up core and mental strength. It involves walking long distances with weight: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=KCtxMnO142M
