hey I have a question cuz this keeps happening to me …

I raided the person that has no defence shield and lost instantly (has happened twice).

I thought it should be an auto win? (it was when I did it yesterday …)

🎩 first, but I like being part of this experiment that is the Farcaster network. 

No, so if you raid someone with no shield then you have a 55% chance of winning and it does happen immediately, so is still in your best interest to raid those villages though.
