We are used to judging cars from the point of view of technology or design, but often the history of the automotive industry is written not by engineers and designers, but by managers. Among the cohort of iconic managers who influenced the entire course of automotive history, the place of honor is occupied by the Lido Anthony Iacocca, nicknamed Lee From 1946 to 1978, he worked at Ford, rising from a simple engineer to president of the corporation. After being fired (not without scandalous circumstances), Lee continued his career as the head of Chrysler, which was then on the verge of bankruptcy It is difficult to overestimate the achievements of Mr. Iacocchi in both companies: it was during the years of his reign that the Ford Mustang appeared, and thanks to him, Chrysler got out of debt. The managerial talents of this manager have made him one of the world's top celebrities in the business world. His autobiographical works have become the reference books of entrepreneurs and top managers all over the world.

The first Rolls-Royce car in the world was released on April 1, 1904. It was a prototype Royce 10hp driven by Henry Royce. By December 25, 1904, when the Paris Motor Show closed, where the debut of the new product took place, four Rolls-Royce 10 hp Type A models had already been released at a price of 395 pounds for each. The first Rolls-Royce received a 2-cylinder engine with a volume of 1809 cm3 with two valves per cylinder. Its power was 12 hp (9 kW)/1000 rpm. The body was attached to a steel ladder-type frame.

The 2024 Formula 1 season has come to an end - according to its results, Max Verstappen became a fourโ€”time world champion, and the McLaren team took the constructors' Cup for the first time since 1998. And if Verstappen de facto got the championship title in Las Vegas (in that race, Max secured an unattainable margin in terms of points by the end of the year), then the struggle between McLaren and Ferrari in the team standings lasted literally until the last race.

The Rolls-Royce brand was created thanks to an exceptionally successful business alliance. Rolls and G. Royce. The first was an aristocrat from a wealthy family, and the second was initially practically a poor man with one class of education. Together, these people managed to create a car that eventually became a real symbol of success. The tandem of Rolls and Royce is an example of an effective partnership between a talented inventor and an equally talented investor.
