Sudachi soba might not be for everyone, but I’m obsessed with it in summer.I could seriously eat it every day. Sudachi is like lemons but less sour, mainly used to flavor Japanese dishes. The citrusy kick of sudachi makes the bonito broth even more delicious🤤

Yes, sensei it’s perfect when you don’t have an appetite! Maybe Thai food like Tom Yum Goong is similar? Just thinking about it makes me want to eat it😂
