The methods of making matcha are divided into: 1. Light matcha (usucha) - whisking matcha powder with water, using a smaller ratio of powder. 2. Thick matcha (koicha) - whisking matcha powder with water, using a larger ratio of powder. 3. Usucha , less matcha powder (so double time before it run out haha) and easier to drink. Koicha one require top-grade matcha and more grams of matcha powder. so double expensive 🤣
