Sharing my thought Cake has a dense texture like Japanese cheesecake and is slightly sweeter than a regular cheesecake to mask the bitterness of the matcha, with a subtle matcha aroma. Cake texture: 10/10 Aroma: 8/10 Taste: 9.8/10 - a bit too sweet for me, but for most people, it should be just right.
