It’s very simple, their core token loop can only be held in place with endless hype and new entrants Which is not sustainable, I wrote them a suggestion here that had tons of people agreeing with it, solving all of this, but they ignored it I’ll link it

random speculation (to be confirmed with later dune analysis), bots have found degen abuse far less profitable in S5, and have 1) liquidated positions and 2) stopped spinning up new accounts and buying min combined with general correction ofc

I think LP got paid 7ish days ago and probably got coins out from the bridge but the entire market is not doing great. 2-5 % down on top coins can mean 20-40% down on shitcoins.

Everything is down, a lot of people can’t tell if the market is about to launch or crash. When there’s no signal to what’s going to happen people who have been trading for a while will move to stable coins. It’s just the psychology of the market.
