Really liked this breakdown from @nateliason about why he's self publishing his next fiction book https://blog.nateliason.com/p/self-publishing-husk I think this is very positive. There have been a litany of complaints about how traditional publishing houses don't choose the right voices to elevate. But you do not need to go through them anymore; there are choices.
