Tons to say here, but one of the first aspects that comes to mind is time preference. Before kids I was very focused on the next 1-3 years. Having our first really shifted me to thinking about the next 10-20. Makes many decisions much easier, makes you more patient, it’s a good change.

My son is ~2.5 years old now. Would love to learn more about what decisions you changed based on time horizons (and to what extent, if any, the crypto wealth had on making these decisions).
