People who’ve stayed active on Twitter seem to be ones who have something to promote that’s high-stakes for them (career, hustle…)

People with primarily social, shitpost, or think-aloud motives seem to have mostly left. Where that activity remains on twitter, it’s promotion in disguise or politically musky

Hmm, seems like the latter category is very alive if you’re aren’t Ancien Regime blue check or blue check adjacent. 

The celebrity tpot names all churned back? Roon, daniel, power_bottom, etc. (maybe not core tpot but definitely the cross overs)

Dopamine is too great.

A lot of them are just regurgitating memes to collect ad revenue. You can see the shift in content.

Roon’s still good, though, but way more noise and insincerity to get $$
