Has anyone researched/tested/read about governance incentives before? How can you make people vote (IRL but also Web3)? Are rewards, bounties, collectibles the answer? Or do ppl just have to care? Then, say you'd include treasury spending. How to not drain it? Why would s/o vote "no" if it's not their money?

For delegate -> Min X% of vote cast (say 70%) + Y% of total vote delegated to someone + some matric to measure active engagement. You can extend and play around with active engagement and twick few things. For bounties, it should be dependent impact /effort

Yes we currently have a dynamic mix of weighted and unweighted votes, but we wanna get more ppl to vote. So yes, maybe bounties dependant on impact/ effort!

That's challenging but few suggestions. Cherish new member/delegate work, acknowledge them. Reward them somehow- could be anything non/financial -most challenging and many dao failed to do so if you only focus on established and known delegate, new one's will leave - degrading motivation.
