What went well: - The "check me" and "share" buttons work great for the virality. After I posted one frame, other accounts quickly started sharing it too. - Other accounts just started to promote the frame, write a feedback and one person even created a video! - Adding stats on who got the most Moxies from you was a good idea - people started tagging others in the casts - Spending time on the design paid off; people mentioned they liked how the image looks - A frame showing only recent (24h) data could potentially be used daily and, with the latest Moxie reward changes, might bring some regular income. Even without Moxie rewards, it can at least promote my account.

What could be improved: - API costs: Getting all user reactions and replies, even for just 24 hours, is an expensive call. I nearly ran out of credits and had to consider the $49/month plan. I made some optimizations, but if the frame trends again, I might need to switch to the $49 plan. - Development time: It took longer for me to build because of experiments with frameworks and infra. I should definitely create my own template (without next.js & vercel) before building next frame - Low followers conversion: Few people who share the frame become followers. But I don't want to add a follow condition to the frame, as it could lead to having spammy followers. - I don’t have a clear strategy for what to do next with this frame. It is possible to add new features, like cast action, cta to buy fan tokens, or more info/buttons in the frame, but I don't think it will help to increase the usage. And even when the frame was trending in the first few days, the monetary or marketing rewards weren’t significant.
