auto posting daily apple health data plus sleep metrics competition / rewards on farcaster

ok it is definitely going to post data from Apple Health.
the purpose could be: 
- a daily chart to compare with other participants
- maybe show the overall daily mood of farcasters
- join in a competition to see who will sleep better or be more productive the next day or week
- ai recommendations on what to cast based on your metrics 😃
