I've been trying to figure out how historical data is stored. Originally, there is the concept of archivers, but it's not clear how/ if that's still in place. 

So how and where is it stored? I see filecoin collab which might be the answer.

Also read about a arweave collab using something called Solar Bridge - but very scant information on that one. 

What are the biggest challenges for dApps trying to query Solana data? I understand programs are stateless and therefore very different from EVM.
