This first beta version come with a Static Frontend plugin, which let you upload static files. -> The minting website you use to mint OCWebsites is itself an OCWebsite.

You can have multiple versions for your website. Each version : - Has his own list of plugins, which are configured specifically for this version. - Can be locked, for immutability. - Can be optionally made publicly viewable (preprod check, historical version publication, ...)

Calling to testers! You can now mint testnet OCWebsites at https://0x4fae3ca0cd8727ffbabb7b24685e3ec235a035e8.11155111.web3gateway.dev/#/mint OCWebsites are a sort of Wordpress-like CMS, but served by a blockchain. They are web3:// on-chain websites with a base skeleton of plugins management, versioning and admin interface.

Final note: The web3:// HTTP gateways may get under stress with heavy traffic, please be patient! Or otherwise use the native EVM Browser at https://github.com/web3-protocol/evm-browser :-)

How can I experiment with web3:// ? A web3:// sandbox is available here : https://w3-sandbox.eth.eth.web3gateway.dev This will show you in deep details how the web3:// calls are made, with lots of examples. Additionally, the protocol documentation can be found here : https://docs.web3url.io

What is web3:// ? It's basically like https://, except that the blockchain is the web server. It's based on several ERC standards (ERC-4804 (final), ERC-6860 and others), an effort led by @qizhou and the EthStorage team The protocol home is at https://web3url.io

-> Your on-chain blog is represented by an NFT : the owner of the NFT is the admin of the blog. -> You can point your .eth domain to your blog -> For a small fee, users can buy a bblog.eth subdomain (all funds goes to @protocolguild ). BUT it will NOT work until ENS v2 deploy.

-> Create your own blog for ~0.5 cent -> Make blog posts for a few cents -> Upload images for ~30 cents / 100Kb And your blog will be there as long as @base live!

If you want to use live position of planets (and sun/moon), you can use https://etherscan.io/address/0x9061cc68e3b97f6b8e065f4e8cc32364bc6c550f ; it implements algorithms from Paul Schlyter ( https://stjarnhimlen.se/comp/tutorial.html ) -- they are quite good

Hello lasercutters! Please share your projects and your questions/tips on your lasercutters! I own the Beamo and just acquired the XTool S1, right now working on plans to detect the kerf size and the optimal "joint" size (the tiny bits to attach pieces while making them detachable).
