OCWebsites are a sort of Wordpress-like CMS, but served by a blockchain.

They are web3:// on-chain websites with a base skeleton of plugins management, versioning and admin interface.

Plugins are smart contracts which can : 
- Serve content at specific paths
- Rewrite the URL internally (internal redirects)

You can have multiple versions for your website. Each version : 
- Has his own list of plugins, which are configured specifically for this version.
- Can be locked, for immutability.
- Can be optionally made publicly viewable (preprod check, historical version publication, ...)

This first beta version come with a Static Frontend plugin, which let you upload static files.
