i was listening to Madhavan, 
he said what drives willingness to pay is often the 20% that’s easiest to build. 

people throw it out as an MVP and then chase their tails building the remaining 80%, which only provides 20% of the value.

what I have learned from building Maester is the importance of figuring out how to monetize at the early stage of your product development. 

you shouldn’t be modest about it. 

as Maya Angelou would say, “modesty is dangerous.”

good, better, best is a great strategy in business

What you build as a product person is features, what people actually get out of it is the benefits.

I don’t know why it has to be me, but I do know what I have to do.

If it makes you nervous, it’s probably worth it.

It's always about litmus testing, A/B testing to see how things can gradually grow.

Being "cool" or "popular" is just as valuable (if not more) as having the best products in the market.

I know Noves products are best in class for our category. They're just better, in many different ways. But I also know we're not the "cool" kids right now.

Having the best product doesn't matter if people are indifferent to be associated with you.

Etherscan is not the best block explorer, there are waaaay better explorers out there e.g. @onceuponxyz

But, if you're a small/new chain, it's a huge flex (popular) to have an Etherscan explorer, or to have @uniswap or @dune.eth add support for your ecosystem.

Likewise, it's a flex to be invited to speak at EthCC or do a podcast with Bankless or The Rollup (cool kids).

Humans desperately want to be associated with things that are cool, and in our space it's no different.

Being "cool" matters.
