Hey frens, would like some feedback current routine: - Sun, chest and arms - Mon, 45 mins on the Peloton - Tues, is LEG DAY - Wed, is rest day - Thu, is 45 mins on the Peloton - Fri, is Back and Shoulders - Sat, is 60 - 90mins on Peloton I am thinking about rucking on Peloton days when i walk the dog. Is this crazy?

I would switch Monday to another 60-90 min. and Thursday to 15-20 min. of tabata interval sets.

any particular reason? right now the consensus is to move LEG DAY to Monday and then Peloton on Tuesday

Multiple longer zone 2 sessions per week will likely provide a similar cardio benefit and won't break your body down the way something like HIIT and Hills would, and then you still get your anaerobic work from the interval day. But goals matter so YMMV.
