Hey frens, would like some feedback current routine: - Sun, chest and arms - Mon, 45 mins on the Peloton - Tues, is LEG DAY - Wed, is rest day - Thu, is 45 mins on the Peloton - Fri, is Back and Shoulders - Sat, is 60 - 90mins on Peloton I am thinking about rucking on Peloton days when i walk the dog. Is this crazy?

I’d be moving legs to Wednesday for sure. They 100% will not be fully capable of a good session the day after a heavy peloton workout

Yeah, could be good advice, but it's not a huge session on the Monday, and I have Wed to recover

I’m just thinking on the legs recovery time but yeah if it ain’t a crazy session then you’re good, routine wise focus on trying to hit each muscle group twice a week though 💪🏼
