“Farcaster influencer” is a bit of a delusion. It’s kinda like a high school yearbook superlative, as it suggests popularity but you wouldn’t put it on your resume and you can’t really monetize it in the real world in a non-MLM way

Maybe not traditional “influencer”, but plenty of economic value has been created for people who have taken Farcaster seriously over the last few years.

Beyond the onchain opportunities, plenty of people got jobs and raised funding as a result.

I used to wear The Boring Company merch a lot. When I travelled alone and went to a bar, it took me 20 min to meet the most interesting ppl in the room. The merch matched us by views and areas of interest at least, but also these were often useful connections. Farcaster on resume is like that merch.
