Channels update

We added the dedicated channels tab for everyone. 

Previously, this was only available for users with priority mode turned on.

Rolling out on web and mobile over the next few hours.

I never get a lot of notifications, and it’s becoming increasingly annoying that when I do, it’s just an “announcement” from a channel I don’t even post to regularly.

It used to be that when I got a notification, it was always some kind of interaction—someone liking or commenting on my posts. Now, I feel like most of my notifications have nothing to do with me.
