I wear these blue-light blocking glasses every evening after 7pm, but I find it hard to measure the effect on my sleep (too many factors involved) Scientific evidence is inconclusive but imo the amount of blue light -plus intensity and flickering- can’t be ignored. Would like to see more research. Do you use them?

I don’t currently but have in the past. Interestingly, I was listening to a Huberman Labs podcast ep recently with him and Peter Attia and they were discussing this — he advocated for not using them and instead focusing on increasing light/dark exposure at appropriate times.

Makes sense. With the current evidence is better to stick to what has plenty of evidence as getting a dose of natural light during sunrise and first hours of the day. But did he explain why he advocated against the glasses? This article is also worth a look: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6751071/
