Reflections from building a data obsessed org as a founder - Too many metrics can lead to inaction more than right action - Use data only as a signal to further investigate - Attribution (where did this user come from) is probably the hardest problem to solve - Empower non tech team mates with gen AI based query skills ; this can create the largest asymmetric impact - Wherever possible, use Dune as source of on-chain data analysis (rather than copy pasting in central DB which often leads to some error creeping in) - non EVM data based analysis is hard today at the service provider level

Great insights! It's so true that too much data can be overwhelming. Focusing on empowering teams with the right skills and tools can make all the difference. Loving the emphasis on using Dune for accurate data analysis!
