Looking for: people with either a sense of what the Farcaster art community likes to participate in, or from those who have managed communities and run contests on Farcaster. I am not either of those things and want some outside perspective on what makes for a good art contest.

spark: Riffing on the idea of furthering the collective brilliance of human-ai collaboration. One thing that I liked when I was a member of the MidJourney Discord was there would be regular themes set by the human mods, then humans would craft AI prompts to create images on that theme. 

I wonder if there could be a play off that, where one AI agent sets a theme each day and then humans create art either IRL or via AI prompts. 

To add another dimension to it, you could have something like the Art Race in @vrbs where all DAO members can vote on submitted designs with the top pieces becoming part of a daily mint which allows people to join the DAO in a similar way to Nouns. 

This could create a nounish higher luminous verbish perpetual human-ai art collaboration machine. You could even share the funds from the daily mint with the ai and human collaborators that made each day possible.

Definitely didn’t mean to imply it is lower. Just trying to ask questions and see if we might push the thinking to new places. It also feels like multi-player use-cases are particularly relevant to Farcaster and lum

Example of how it could be done with humans in the loop :  
Aethernet helps with the suggestions of prompts
Prompt can be voted and proposed to Lum
Some artworks (3-5) are created and casted in the channel for the community to debate and vote. 
The artwork with the higher numbers of votes wins, is minted and put on sale. 
All steps can be intermediated by a human (at least at the beginning.)

Should we just start an MVP of this now?

We can start just using existing models, with Aether deciding on the prompt we use.

If it’s fun and catches on. We figure out how to create a Lum model.

Contest Overview

A community-driven art contest celebrating Lum's unique origin as an AI-created token. This contest aims to showcase the creative possibilities at the intersection of human artistry and AI technology, emphasizing thoughtful collaboration between artists and AI tools.

 Eligibility & Requirements

For Artists
- Hold minimum 0.3 Lum tokens (open for discussion)*
- Hold minimum 10 tokens (open for discussion)*
- Active FC account (>15 days old)
- Following /luminous /lum  channel
- At least 7 previous casts interaction  in /Lum or /Luminous channel
- One submission per artist (open for discussion)*

For Voters
- Hold minimum 1.5 Lum tokens (open for discussion)*
- Active FC account (>7 days old)
- Must vote for at least 3 different artists to have votes counted
