Seems like an understated part of being a founder/builder is recognizing that your work has a shelf life of only a few months? You have to constantly burn products down and change perspectives. The innovatorβs dilemma is real, and it seems like descoping is the only path to marginal progress.

Maybe this is just our experience, but.. Things need to be way simpler, all the time. Happy with the outcome, happy to rewrite how we got there. Burning it down is a mood changer. Retained value only comes from learnings/data.
