hey fam ive been a lil quieter on here

my grandad is in hospital back home so ive been kinda stressed that i cant be with him and my family

over the past few days i’ve not been able to complete my trainings sessions properly

ive mentioned in my vlogs before but my mental state affects how i train 

its funny cos exercise is actually a great tool for dealing stress

 but exercising is my job and when it’s going badly it ends up adding to my stress😭

however today’s session actually went pretty well + i spoke to my grandad on facetime and he seems to be doing a lil better so that’s good!! 

anyway missed u and hope yall are ok xx
