We opted for the 1x a week summary UX instead of a per cast tipping UX. Why?

We want reduce the analysis paralysis when browsing the feed, i.e. is this worth a like or a tip?

But summarizing weekly, you get a nice reminder of who you spent time socializing with on Farcaster. And easy enough to skip people you might have been arguing with. :)

I think previous attempts at micro transactions haven't worked bc it forces people to make too many purchase decisions, not bc trx fees were too high (though that *definitely* didn't help and made it *way* harder to experiment).

Very cool to see a shot at combining a bunch of micro-trx into one decision.
