i’ve learned how important stretching is after going a couple weeks without it - noticed i had to bring back restricted mobility modifications to squats/rows/etc - will be bringing back a daily 30 min total body stretch routine to get my range of motion back on track - pic unrelated (or is it?)

I broke my wrist a few years back and would get this deep pain every now and then in my wrist and whole arm for weeks at a time. I gave yoga a shot. Never got that pain again. It’s been 2.5 years since the last episode

Definitely second the yoga. Incorporating deliberate breath work and meditation makes it a double win for mental and physical health. Also recommend a dedicated yoga studio over gym yoga. Even if you don’t buy into the world view that sometimes comes with it.
