i’ve learned how important stretching is after going a couple weeks without it - noticed i had to bring back restricted mobility modifications to squats/rows/etc - will be bringing back a daily 30 min total body stretch routine to get my range of motion back on track - pic unrelated (or is it?)

might end up doing yoga for now doing 2 rounds of hitting everything 30s each per round - always experimenting so it doesn’t feel like a chore
