On one hand, I love the mindful use of ketamine in a therapeutic context. On the other hand, I fear the rise of “Coca Cola Shamans” who, despite well intentions, may do more harm than good.

i think going to a clinic in a hospital setting with a real RN and a supervising MD using a good playlist & eyemask is the move - in dont think outside that context is safe personally but maybe im too old school

I tend to agree with this. Like it’s a big barrier for me to say yes to something so potentially transformative when really all I have to trust is the marketing-ish language and self-described credentials
