I just migrated from Medium to Mirror lol. Totally unaware about the relationship to paragraph. Are you guys throttling down Mirror?

FWIW, it's pretty straightforward to move from Mirror to Paragraph via the import / export function. Once you create a Paragraph account, here's the link to the import / export page:
